About Jill

Jill heads up the competence and compliance operations in the BESA Group which includes all compliance schemes, with REFCOM being one of the flagship programmes. The compliance team is responsible for delivering day-to-day operations, audits, and technical support across multiple schemes, ensuring members receive clear guidance and a consistently high standard of advice.

Expertise and Experience

• Over 20 years in leadership, project and relationship management. 
• Masters qualified in leadership and quality management.  
• Experienced ISO9000 Lead Auditor.  
• Experienced board member for competence and skills organisations.

Outside of Work

Outside of work, Jill is an avid baker and fundraiser for a number of charities, with the two often combining. She has been a governor of an academy trust for over seven years, a mum of two teenagers: an apprentice site manager daughter and cricket-mad son. Passions include shoes, sport an Greece.
