About Colette

Colette leads the team of Customer Executives within the Compliance Team, making sure all BESA Compliance Schemes including REFCOM run smoothly. She works closely with members on audits, membership and compliance queries, and oversees audit facilitation for BESA Group audits, including REFCOM F-Gas and Elite.

Expertise and Experience

• Strong understanding of auditing processes and requirements, UKAS accreditation, building regulations, and compliance requirements. 
• Over 15 years of experience in construction/building industry related roles. 
• Skilled in co-ordinating complex processes – balancing logistics, member support and compliance across all BESA group audits .
• Recognised for exceptional adaptability and people-focused leadership.

Outside of Work

Outside of work, Colette puts her family first - often cheering on her two daughters at dance, drama, and singing lessons. She loves travelling with family and friends, discovering new places, and is also a qualified scuba diver, with her most memorable dive off the coast of Mull in Scotland's Inner Hebrides.
