MacWhirter Air Conditioning is the first registered REFCOM

After his company trialed the Refrigerant Tracking
Database, Tony said: “Having seen the software in action as part of the
whole process, I firmly believe that use of the database will help us further
enhance this, streamlining our procedures and raising our standards of client
service even higher.”

Gareth carefully notes the details of the job in his REFCOM
log book including the cylinder number, task carried out, type and quantity of
F-Gas used.
When the job is complete, Gareth logs the information on his
laptop
Back at the office, the details of the job are logged onto the
Tracking Database, creating a permanent record of the
refrigerant transaction. This data will be included in reports to prove
competence, responsibility and adherence to the highest standards.
